Our name really shows how spontaneous and "on the spot" we are; it came from the first time we played together ... we literally met together and played our first gig ... on the spot and it was magic! The audience was amazed at the way that we simply played anything and it sounded fantastic. Someone in the crowd said ... "wow, you guys are really Johnny on the spot!" And so here we are!

Fronted by the incredible vocal talent of Lucy Leyva, and David Barrios, every "Johnny", show is packed with high energy and non-stop stage antics. All that raw power is provided by Mr. Billy Lindsey leading the charge on his loaded "six string", and backed by Bobby "Shotgun" Stolp, providing a solid backbeat on the drums. Add Davids thundering bass attack, and you are sure to get the "Full" Johnny on the Spot experience!

A tribute to the Beast with a nod to the Priest

JUST CREAM originally formed as a tribute to the psychedelic blues rock band CREAM. Rehearsals began in late 2005 to recreate the 60'sversion of that band. JUST CREAM is based in San Francisco, a historic hot spot for CREAM. JUST CREAM is: Phil Zamora - Bass / Vocals, Phil Sollar – Drums / Vocals, Rob Wullenjohn Guitar / Vocals, and Jeanne Parson assists on keyboards / vocals. JUST CREAM has performed at such note worthy venues as the famous Half Moon Bay "Pumpkin Festival", the legendary "Sweetwater Saloon" in Mill Valley, the "Little Fox Theatre" in Redwood City, the "Biltmore Lodge & Casino" in Tahoe and Santa Cruz's "Don Quixote's" international music hall; They also made it to the top 8 finalists out of some 200 bands on San Francisco radio KFOX's "Last Band Standing" contest in 2007.
