Since their beginning, The Groove duo has become Texas' favorite acoustic entertainment, performing all styles of music to rave audiences all over the state. The duo’s show is an exciting combination of classic rock, oldies, country, and modern rock . The duo can easily read the crowd and play exactly the right songs to get the crowd going. The duo consists of Ron Ronhaar on vocals and guitar, and Todd Drye on vocals, guitar and percussion. Both are members of the local top forty, and variety band “The Grooves”, and incorporate their showmanship from their big band to their acoustic show, to electrify and thrill audiences across the state. The duo can also upsize to a trio by adding a blazing percussion section if a larger version is desired. Percussionist Ryan White has beefed up the groove for countless shows with the duo and also dazzles the crowd with his dynamic prowess on the tenor and soprano saxophone.

Since their beginning in 1991, The Grooves have become a favorite of Texas bands, performing all styles of music to rave audiences in Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and across Texas. The Grooves' show is an exciting combination of classic rock, Motown, oldies, disco, rock and roll, country, standards, swing, eighties dance, plus all the most up to date dance music. Though based in Austin, Texas, The Grooves travel statewide across Texas to play countless events including wedding receptions, corporate parties, Holiday parties, birthday parties, graduation parties, barmitzvahs and reunions.

The Gurus are a three-piece teenage Connecticut rock band. We take heavy influence from the classic rock of the Sixties, from bands such as The Beatles, Cream, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, The Who, The Animals, and The Grateful Dead. We play both Sixties covers and originals.
